PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Please contact me if you wish to purchase one of my products. Or you can purchase them through Etsy by searching for Buffalo Horizon. We hope to have payment options directly through this website soon.

We know your privacy is important to you. Your contact information is used to complete your order and is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Your financial information is only used to bill you for products you purchased at Buffalo Horizon Creations. Your information will not be shared or sold to other parties without your permission.

You may receive, from time to time, information from us about new products and special offers. You may opt out of these emails at any time.

This site may now, or in the future, contain links to other sites. Buffalo Horizon Creations is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites.

By using our website, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. This policy may be updated at any time. SECURE ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We maintain safeguards to protect your personal information. Industry standard methods are used to protect that information when we collect or transmit sensitive information. Buffalo Horizon Creations does not retain credit or debit card numbers in our system. However, no e-commerce solution, website, mobile application, database, or system can be completely secure. You should also take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse by unauthorized persons.

CANCELLATIONS

Requests for cancellation of order must be received before item has shipped.

RETURNS

Requests for a return must be made within 7 days of you receiving delivery of the item(s) you wish to return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to me. The item must be returned to me within 14 days and in good condition in order to receive a refund.

REFUNDS

I will refund ONLY the amount you paid for the item. You will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item to me with a tracking number. Once I receive the item in good condition I will issue a refund.
